The TDM (Text and Data Mining) Reservation Protocol is an emerging standard letting publishers explicitly state their AI-use permissions in machine-readable form, rather than leaving it ambiguous.
Publish a /.well-known/tdmrep.json file stating your text-and-data-mining permissions, if you want to make an explicit statement either way.
